Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Despite our efforts, a small number of products displayed may be wrongly priced. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available or are no longer available from the manufacturer. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund. If you order a part that is not in stock and that has to be specifically ordered from a manufacturer and you then choose to cancel that order and we cannot in turn cancel that order without a re-stocking or cancellation charge being applied, this charge may be passed on to you providing it is fair and reasonable. Only items that are classed as in stock are eligible for next day delivery. Next day delivery is only available to orders placed before a specific cut off time. This time is deemed as 4.00pm on any working day. Outside of this time, weekends or bank holidays orders will be despatched the next working day. For the bulk of order we will use DPD, UPS or Royal Mail to deliver orders. In most cases you will need to sign for delivery. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to the depot. You have the right to cancel and return your goods within 30 days from the date of delivery / collection. Please contact us by telephone, email or writing with your intention to do this. You must return your goods within 14 days of our acceptance and adhere to the following conditions: If you have ordered the wrong part(s) or no longer require them, they must be in perfect, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging. You must not write anything on the item, packaging or any instructions contained with it. If sealed packages have been opened on electronic goods (eg printed circuit boards) or parts have been fitted we are unable to offer a refund. If you order a part that is not in stock and that has to be specifically ordered from a manufacturer and you then choose to cancel that order and we cannot in turn cancel that order without a re-stocking or cancellation charge being applied, this charge may be passed on to you providing it is fair and reasonable. This does not effect your right to return the part(s). Costs of returning the part(s) must be met by you and we advise you obtain proof of postage in case items are lost in post. On receipt of the returned part(s) we will refund you within 5 working days and will usually use the same form of payment used to make the initial purchase.
In the event that a product becomes faulty within 12 months after date of delivery we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges. To return faulty items please contact us by telephone, email or writing with your intention to do this and we will advise you. Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return not qualifying for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. On occasion we may need to return the parts to the manufacturer and will follow their advice and recommendations
