Delivery Information
All orders aim to be processed the same day for orders placed before 2pm on business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
UK Non-Mainland deliveries may take longer to arrive due to timescales and courier restrictions.
You will receive a VAT invoice and an order notification email when your order has been placed.
Non Mainland Deliveries
Non-mainland deliveries will typically take an additional working day to arrive compared to our standard delivery times. This is due to the extra transit required when shipping to locations outside the UK mainland, such as Northern Ireland or remote regions.
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, customers in these areas should allow for the extended delivery timeframe when placing their orders.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
