Delivery Information
All orders aim to be processed the same day for orders placed before 2pm on business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
UK Non-Mainland deliveries may take longer to arrive due to timescales and courier restrictions.
You will receive a VAT invoice and an order notification email when your order has been placed.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@gaspart.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What happens if I am not in?
If you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver your parcel it may be left with a neighbour.
It is possible to opt out of this service by clicking here.
If you opt out of this service you will receive a card through your letterbox and the item will be available at your local Post Office for 18 days. You can either collect it or arrange a redelivery. (Full details will be on the card).
If the item is not collected in that period it will be returned to us and we will contact you by email to discuss refund or delivery options.
Collecting parcels from a local Post Office
To collect a parcel from a Post Office you will need proof of identity. Eg full driving licence or passport for the person the parcel's addressed to.
