Ordering

What manufacturers parts do you supply?

We stock a wide range of gas spares from the leading names in the industry including Ideal, Baxi, Glowworm, Worcester and Potterton to name but a few and only supply manufacturers genuine replacement parts.

Do you only sell boiler spares?

We specialise in service and repair parts for all domestic and commercial boiler spares. We can also source other spare parts. Please phone or Contact us with your requirements.

How do I know I am ordering the correct part?

We have made the site as easy as possible to use. If for any reason your need any clarification or check the correct parts are being ordered please contact us and we will be happy to check.

Do you only sell genuine manufacturers parts?

Yes, you can be assured we only sell genuine manufacturers replacement parts.

Do I need an account to buy?

No, we accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Providing the order has not yet despatched we can cancel your order. This usually needs to be done before 2pm on the day of despatch.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Feel free to Contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. However, please note that enquiries sent at weekends will receive a reply the following Monday.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery normally takes 2-3 days. Next day delivery is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Where products are in stock, order before 2PM for same day despatch Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays). Otherwise we show our best estimate of how many working days we expect before we can despatch the product.

If for any reason we are not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a hassle free Returns Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in unopened sealed packaging to receive a full refund, not including original postage cost.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
