Returns Policy.
If you would like to return unwanted items, they must be unopened, in the original packaging and the return request made within 30 days of the delivery date. You can do this by emailing us the details of the original order. We will then email a returns form for you to complete and send back with the items you wish to return. Please do not send anything back before you receive this form.
Products that have been fitted or physically-altered from their original specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty. See below for information on returning a faulty item.
If you would like to return an item all we ask is you pay the carriage charges to return the item to us. Please only send via a tracked (signed for) delivery option. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Refunds and exchanges outside of the 30 day period are discretionary unless the items are faulty. See returning a faulty item below.
You should open all boxes carefully and thoroughly check the goods for transit or other damage on the day of delivery. Any damage or deficiency must be notified within 3 days of the date of delivery, otherwise we regret claims for credit cannot be accepted. If you receive items that are not what you ordered or you receive an incorrect quantity of items, we must be notified within 30 days of delivery.
Returning a faulty item.
Faulty items can be returned for up to 12 months from date of delivery and we will refund the total cost of the transaction or you may choose to receive a replacement.
You can do this by emailing us the details of the original order, including part number and nature of the fault. We will then email a returns form for you to complete and send back with the faulty item. Please do not send anything back before you receive this form.
On receipt, we shall inspect to verify the fault and refund the cost or provide a replacement where appropriate. On occasion we may need to return the parts to the manufacturer and will follow their advice and recommendations. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you up to the value of the original carriage charge.
Please only send via a tracked (signed for) delivery option. We cannot be held responsible for item lost in transit.
Any refunds raised will take approximately 5-10 business days to process and will be refunded to the original payment method.
